What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we receive what you enter in the form or send us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or postcode, details of the work and any photos.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and record the work, including the reports and waste paperwork the work requires.

Who we share it with

Only with services we use to run the business, such as our form provider and email host, the laboratory that analyses samples (which receives sample details, not your contact details unless needed), and waste carriers and disposal sites where the paperwork requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after a reasonable period. Records of work carried out may need to be kept for longer for legal and insurance reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
