Bye Bye Asbestos
Asbestos shed and outbuilding removal
Asbestos cement sheds, outbuildings, lean-tos and coal bunkers dismantled carefully, with the waste wrapped and taken away.
What we remove
Many older sheds, outbuildings, lean-tos, coal bunkers and outside toilets were built from asbestos cement sheets and panels. We dismantle these structures with the same care as a garage roof: the sheets are kept damp, unbolted and lowered whole, not broken up.
Is it asbestos?
If you’re not sure, we can test a sample first. Grey cement sheeting on a structure built before 2000 is a common sign, but you can’t tell for certain by looking. See our shed removal guide.
What to clear first
Empty the shed before we arrive, but don’t pull off any sheets or panels yourself. If anything inside has been damaged by broken sheets, leave it where it is and tell us.
Waste and paperwork
The sheets are wrapped in heavy polythene or bagged, labelled and taken to a permitted site by a registered waste carrier. You receive the consignment note.
